Has anyone used this primer before and what’s your review on it?

I got the trial size with the holygrail promo... at the risk of looking like a complete fool... how in the world do you open it? I was so excited to get it and it won’t screw off or lift off. As much as I was excited about it I’m about to take a hammer to this thing,

The same thing happened to me! I cannot for the life of me get it to open. I'll have to try the rubber band trick. Did you ever get yours to open?

@Angie373 Put a thick rubberband on the top part and try to screw it open. Yours is prob just screwed really tight. I do this rubberband trick to open my nailpolish too

My top just screws off... maybe you got a defective one? I just gave it a twist where the shiny part meets the white part on the side and it opened with no problem.
