Tarte Rewards Program

So I went onto the Tarte website and I noticed they offer a Tarte Rewards Program, they do outline the 3 tiers of membership and perks, but its kind of vague in terms of what the: deluxe samples, surprise gifts with purchase, exclusive access. I know that when I looked into the program a few years ago, the point system was totally different, so I'm guessing they changed it since then.

Does anyone have any experience or knowledge regarding their program? I wanted to know if it was worth signing up, since they sometimes have items which I can't find at Sephora.

It never hurts to sign up. I am a member and buy from Tarte direct occasionally when they have exclusive GWP's. When you are a member, they let you choose deluxe samples every time you order so it's just an added bonus.

They changed their reward program @gonerogue. You can only get deluxe samples with an absurd number of points now, and the coupon codes that used to be at the top of the site almost daily are gone. 😭 It makes me not want to purchase from them when other retailers have better reward plans.

@MachynesSister Really? I don't shop with them often and always get offered two deluxe samples at checkout. I don't think I have tons of points either since I only shop there like twice a year.

@gonerogue They just changed it last month. I've made quite a few purchases there this year, and I still don't have enough points to get deluxe samples. They still give one regular sample, but nothing like the blushes, bronzer, and brushes they used to give away.

@MachynesSister In that case, I would stick to buying Tarte off of Ulta and Sephora. You get more GWP's/samples that way.
