Setting Powder vs. Spray

I don't usually wear foundation, because I have sensitive skin and putting all that on my face usually makes me break out, so I normally use setting spray for my eye makeup. I'm just wondering, as I'm going to be using foundation more frequently, am I ok to continue using setting spray, or is it going to make my makeup look splotchy? What are some of your favorite setting sprays and/or powders?

I use setting powder to set my foundation and concealer. Then I use setting spray to set the rest of my makeup (blush, eyeshadow, eyeliner, highlight, contour, etc).

Okay so here's what I understand. Powder is only for setting your foundation and concealer. My favorite powder is the laura mercier translucent one. Its a bit expensive but a little goes a long way. Setting SPRAY goes on top of the powder and goes all over your. That's going to make everything last all day. My two favorite setting sprays are the Urban Decay all nighter setting spray and the Kat von d lock it setting spray. Hope this helps!
