Product Amnesia

I just bought some loose glitter from Make Up For Ever (Star Lit Glitters), and I've been thinking that there's a product out there that transforms anything glitter into liquid (was a small bottle). I had heard reviews on Youtube a few years ago, but cannot, for the life of me, remember what it was called, or by who it was made. Does it ring any bells to anyone ? I think it was sold in Sephora, but can't find it anywhere.

@CatAngel23 are you talking about Inglot Duraline? Idk about turning glitters into a liquid but it’s a mixing medium that will turn pigments into a liquid.
