Pencil sharpener

Can anyone recommend a pencil sharpener that can fit a 15mm pencil? Also, side note, why do most of the pencil sharpener descriptions NOT contain the diameters? That seems like a flub as there are only so many aspects that one needs to know about a sharpener and that would probably be the main one.

Could you measure the diameter of the hole? As most “chubby” pencils are only 12mm, so those that only fit that do not fit a 15mm pencil.
