Palette authenticity / Boxy Charm

I was really excited to receive the Tarte Pro Remix in my Boxy Luxe this month. I looked at the packaging to see where it was made in light of the recent suspicious items coming from Boxy. Said made in USA on the box and everything looked ok... until I took it out of the cardboard packaging. First off, I noticed what looked like sticker residue on the top of the lid. Like a sticker has been there but peeled off. On the back of the case there was a scratch. When I opened it and lifted the plastic protector, one of the shadows looked like it had a tiny finger smudge and another shadow had a little z-shaped scratch. Any thoughts? It's my understanding sometimes the palettes get a little damaged by the workers putting them together. Don't know about the sticker residue. Any thoughts? I really don't want to deal with Boxy's awful customer service.
