Order Status: In Progress

I placed an order last Friday, April 6th and today is April 10th and my order status still says "in progress".  It also is set up for standard 3 day shipping.  Last time I placed an order which was just last month, I got a tracking number right away and the order shipped within a day or two.  I'm wondering why this particular order is taking twice as long.  I didn't even get a tracking number for this order, so I don't even know where it's at.  

 

I'm not sure if it makes a difference, but I ordered the Anastasia Soft Glam palette along with an eyeliner, so I don't know if maybe the quantity of the palette is low so maybe they're on a back order.  I went to my local Sephora store and they didn't have any in stock before I ordered online. Any insight?

Sephora only ships orders on business days (aka Monday-Friday). If your order didn't ship on Monday, then it likely will today.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within the next day or so, I'd recommend calling customer service (1-877-737-4672) or posting about this in the Customer Support group so that a mod a provide further assistance.
