Nars Light Reflecting Eye Brightener

Has anyone tried this and what are your thoughts? Does it cover dark eye circles? Does it settle in fine lines ? TY

Re: Nars Light Reflecting Eye Brightener

@Ernurse3351 I have it in the lightest shade and I actually really like it.  You asked if it covers dark circles and I think it's going to depend on how dark your circles are.  Keep in mind that it isn't really designed to be a color corrector and it's not incredibly pigmented so it isn't necessarily going to provide a lot of coverage; it truly is a brightener and it does that quite well.  The texture is very emollient and the finish is satin to slightly luminous (but not shiny or glittery).  I like to apply my concealer and then strategically use a little bit of the brightener on top in the areas where my concealer doesn't quite hide my undereye darkness as much as I'd like, then very lightly set it all with powder.  I find that using too much powder can make it all look a little heavy but a light dusting is perfect for just setting it all into place.  It settles just slightly on me but honestly no more than any other concealer does.

Re: Nars Light Reflecting Eye Brightener

Hi,

I have acually tried this product and i love it. I find that for me it has just the right amount of coverage to cover my dark circle and blemishes. i also have fine lines under my eyes and i learned that to make it not settle into your fine lines you want to make sure that your skin is very hydrated before you put the product on and then when you set your face you want to use a damp beauty blender to apply powder. (when i say spowder i mean pressed powder, this trick does not work as well with a loose powder. When doing this methode do not use any loose powder))

I like to use the Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Refillable Setting Powder as my pressed powder, Fenty Skin Hydra Vizor Invisible Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30 as a moisturizer before i do my makeup, and then i use the Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez Always An Optimist 4-in-1 Prime & Set Mist 2.87 oz/ 85 mL  as a setting spray as the last stepon my make. (if you use mascara, put the mascara on after you use the settings spray)

Hope this helps.
