Is the beauty on the fly bag 1L

I'm not a very experienced traveler and was wondering if the beauty on the fly travel bag is the right size to bring through security for carry on?

@Georgie06   I was really curious about this after you posted it, so I did some research. The Canadian website regarding this says the allowable size of a clear plastic bag is 1 liter or 1 quart. To quote them: The approximate dimensions of a 1L bag are 15.24 cm by 22.86 cm (6 in. by 9 in.) or 20 cm by 17.5 cm (8 in. by 7 in.).

The Beauty On The Fly bag is "around 20cm by 20cm", according to one answer in the Q&A. 20cm = 7.87in. So I would say that it qualifies...and also that airport security is only going to eyeball the clear bag anyhow. I've yet to see a screening agent whip out a tape measure. LOL. One reviewer specifically says she's used it multiple times for travelling and has never been asked to decant the items into a TSA bag.

So short answer, yes, the bag should work just fine for carry-on. Enjoy your trip!

I normally only stick the absolute essentials in the the bag and put the rest in my checked luggage but this time I'm going to attempt to use just carry on for a week and a half in Italy😬.

I have one of the bags they give out at the airport and it was just slightly smaller so I was worried!

Hopefully I don'y run into an absolute stickler in security!
