Hello @sandra1219! Are you referring to getting color matched via Sephora's Color IQ system? If so, you don't need an appointment to get color matched! You just go in and have an associate color match you with the device and it only takes a few minutes. They can tell you what your "color IQ" number is so that you know what shades in foundations you are!
