I need help. 

How can i wear makeup without it transferring to people face or clothing when hugging them.

The One Size Setting Spray will be your best friend. It is the exact same setting spray Beyonce used during her Renaissance tour. Oh, and did I mention she was performing in pouring rain? Her makeup didn't move at all. I totally recommend this setting spray if you are struggling with makeup transfer. Also, use a really good primer. My favourite primer is the E.LF. power grip primer because every time I use it, my makeup does not move at all. This isn't a Sephora product but it's really affordable (and it's also a dupe for the Milk Makeup Hydro Grip primer). Let me know if you have any more questions 🙂
