How to find the right foundation shade!

Whatever you do, don't order foundation from Sephora online. If you pump the foundation one time and find it's not a color match for you, they won't process your return!

@lizapl I would recommend going in store if you can and being able to see the shades in person on your skin tone. Not sure if you can do that now (I know for a while testers were no more due to covid). I run into this same problem sometimes when I try to guess online, it's rarely ever a perfect match. From my previous experiences, I never had issues returning a product from Sephora in-store regardless if I initially purchased the product online or in the store although I have not returned a product in a while so things may have changed.

I agree. Trying the foundation in store is probably the best choice. But I live in a remote area. The closest department store is 2h away. I certainly won't be purchasing anything from Sephora again. The customer service for handling the return was terrible.
