Just over one pump, unless I'm using a wand type foundation then I just dab all over before I blend out

It depends on what kind of foundation and how much you want to build up your foundation. For example, if the foundation has a very watery consistency I'd use two or three pumps depending on what coverage I'd like. If it has a thick consistency I'd use one or two depending on how good or bad my skin is doing.
