Help?

Okay so I asked for a good primer for oily skin, but what about a concealer and tinted moisturizer?? I like Tarte’s moisturizer since i can build it but their concealer isn’t a fav. I heard pot concealer is better for under eyes and mine always crease and separate. I don’t know if i’m just applying wrong or using the wrong products. Throughout the day my makeup becomes flakey and seperates and just looks bad 🙂. Let me know what you guys have found or any helpful tips!!
