Haven't Been Receiving Right/Any Samples

Hellooo, 

I've been splurging on makeup because of all the promos and I order online because I'm always looking for new products to buy. I haven't been getting the samples that I really want to try out and this time none of them were included. I was looking forward to a box of goodies but now I feel a bit duped! Anyone know how I can fix this problem? 😞

I haven’t either! I got some products and picked out a lipstick sample from bare minerals, a face mask from Sephora, and a perfume.. I think it was Daisy. And I got an Anastasia Beverly Hills eyebrow pomade tester, facial moisturizer, and Chanel No5 perfume. super bummed!

You can't fix it...the warehouses are sample-incompetent. Your best bet to maaaayyyyybbbbeeeee get something you want is to select three you *don't* want...I've about decided they purposely give you stuff you didn't select 😋

You can also contact CS by posting in the CS group... mods can usually offer points for missing samples. Wrong samples will usually only get you "sorry, we make substitutions as necessary"
