Im seriously desperate!! My makeup routine is an absolute mess and Im still learning how to do it but its hard because I dont have the money to buy top tier products considering I am still a teenager. I have no idea if I’m doing anything right!!!!😭😭

@SageMarshall @Don’t be so hard on yourself. Watching YouTube tutorials helped me but also using drugstore brands like Morphe, Colourpop, Maybelline works just as well.

I agree with the comment below @SageMarshall don't feel you need to buy what the influencers you watch are using. Department store brands ( I like Elf too) are great. Find colors you like and enjoy, and practice practice practice. Your looks will start coming together. 💖 and BIC is a great place to get help with this. I watch a lot of how to videos before trying new looks and have alot of trial and error. Learning is a process ❤️

Oh do not feel pressure to buy the same products you see on YouTube, Instagram or tiktok (most of the times they are just ads). Or to buy the most expensive of each category.

When I started using makeup I would get Maybelline when they had offers. And just little by little trying to figure out what products I wanted to use and which colors suited me best.

It is a process but try to enjoy it as you go. Don't let it cause you anxiety because it shouldn't 😉

PS I still use a Maybelline mascara, they have really good ones. But other brans as NYX or Elf have really great products too.
