Frozen Account and refusal to refund for returned items

Hi, I returned several products to sephora during COVID. Sephora is refusing to refund these items (even though they have confirmed receipt and I am well within the return policy) because of an alleged charge back on the account. Even after confirming with the Sephora Credit Card company that sephora was paid and showing receipt for same plus a letter from the credit card company stating same. The sephora customer service team refuses to answer any questions or give me any indication when this will be resolved. Does anyone know of another department I can contact?
