Concealer + powder for Tower28 tinted sunscreen

I use the Tower 28 Beauty SunnyDays Skin Tint with Mineral Zinc SPF 30 40 Runyonand I was wondering what concealer people use with it. I was going to buy their concealer but I keep seeing it creases. I want it to cover blemishes plus under eyes.

Apart from that, although I love how the tinted sunscreen lays on my face, I look like I dunked my face in oil! I was wondering what powder people use to help with the oiliness when using the T28 tinted sunscreen! 

This does transfer too so any tips people have for that would be great!
