Color iq?

Hello!

So I went to a store tofay and got my color IQ

It says light 2 warm 1 intensity 2, what does this exactly mean and how can I find my shades? I saw ny color iq section and apparently it did not update to my profile so I can't see recommendations...

I received an email after getting my color IQ and in the email was a link that brought me to my recommended products, I hope this helps!

I have the email, and it used to work, but now it just brings me to the Sephora homepage. 😞
