Canadian Point Rewards Non Existant

I've sent them emails and keep getting generic responses: "we're sorry for any inconvenience! Due to popularity they sell out quickly! Check back every Tuesday and Thursday! I'll make sure to pass this on to the Rewards Bazaar team!"

.....So today, not only was NOTHING restocked, there are no "new" rewards - and this isn't just an online problem. None of the sephora stores near my house have any 500 point rewards (just stamp sets and 100 point samples.)

I encourage you all to do a lot of your beauty related shopping at shoppers drug mart - their rewards are genuinely so much better and actually have cash value (so you can buy something you really want!) Sephora points used to be so good but they really don't care any more and just keep shoving generic responses down our throats.

I would also like answers to this. Canadians just have a STAMP SET to choose from and a sold out brush set.

What the heck is going on. I have over 1.5k points I've been trying to use for the past 2 years.

Re: Canadian Point Rewards Non Existant

Not to mention now the points expire..... So frustrating. I've been saving up my 3K points trying to get something good but there is literally NEVER any thing. I'm so annoyed. If one more staff member tells me "I'll pass this on to the Rewards team!!" imma lose it lol.

Re: Canadian Point Rewards Non Existant

Oh my god I had no idea points expire now. Do they expire in December of every year? Now I’m really pissed. Of course once points expire the clear out the rewards bazaar. They aren’t even trying for Canada anymore 😞

Re: Canadian Point Rewards Non Existant

@Wenlala Your points only expire if your account completely inactive for 12 months. If you make a purchase, redeem points or your birthday gift once every 12 months, your points will continue to roll over!

Re: Canadian Point Rewards Non Existant

@Wenlala Points only expire if there has been no activity on your account for 18 months. So as long as you make one purchase, redeem for one reward, or just pick up your birthday gift over the course of a year and half, then your points don't expire.
