First put on a cream highlight I like the Cover FX custom Enhancer Drops then I place a powder highlight over it usually a Becca or Anastasia Glow kit

I will share my blinding highlight secrets with you! I first apply the Smashbox Photo Finish Primer water on my highlight brush (I use the Sephora Collection PRO Highlight Brush #98). Then I use the ABH Glow Kit (Shade: Summer OR Moonstone). After I apply one of those colors, I layer it with the Becca Champagne highlighter. This trick is one of my favorite go-to's for a blinding highlight! 🙂

Artist Couture Diamond glow powders are so blinding and they look like wet glass on your cheeks! Highly recommend the one in Coco Bling!!!

Anything from BECC is amazing. I just got the champagne pop and I don't know why I didn't get it any earlier cuz it is to die for. And if you're on a budget the new highlighter from Maybelline is amazing as well.

I did really fine, pink glitter for a an elf costume as a joke and I think it actually worked out well. Alternatively Becca Moonstone, Mac Lightscapade, Maybelline Fairy Highlight, and anything from the Kat Von D Alchemy palette work well for blinding highlights.

Two Faced Love Light Prismatic, or the liquid glow highlight by Anastasia. Even the Milk highlight stick when applied right can be pretty reflective, but top choice definitely goes to the brand new Anastasia liquids

These are all great suggestions that I second (or even third in some cases ;-)...one way to help make any highlight you already have even more blinding is to wet it with some setting spray, the way you might for a shimmer shadow on the eyes, to intensify the glow-you can even just hit the tops of the cheeks after you set your whole face with spray to make it even easier!

All the Anastasia glow kits are such beautiful highlights I love them! Also there's the Huda golden sands one that is my go to especially for a night out! And then the becca ones are also very pretty!

I LOVE Kat Von D's Alchemist! It's so gorgeous on. The pans are smaller - it's technically an eyeshadow palette BUT a little goes a long way and I love being able to pick the color. The green is really unique, as is the blue - and the purple and pink are stunning. NYX has a pretty good dupe for the purple, but no where near as reflective.

i've got to say a mixture of cover fx custom enhancing drops and becca shimmering skin perfector. When you mix these two it can be seen from space lol and it's just gorgeous.

For a blinding highlight I would go with Too Faced Love Light Prismatic Highlighter or with Cover FX Custom Enhancer Drops. A lot goes a long way. I've used both on myself and with my friends. They are both unnatural looking highlights but are very blinding.

A lot comes to in mind. I'll start with drugstore first: Maybelline Chrome highlighter is the bomb! Hands down, the most stunning highlight I've tried. Good formula and hella pigmented! Give it a whirl! Anastasia: I think when it comes to highlighter, Anastasia is the queen. All of there highlighter kit are fantastic. My personal fav is the collab she did with Nichole Guerrero. CoverFx: CoverFx custom drop liquid highlighters are stunning!! Ah, I want to drench myself in them. I don't own any of them yet as they are a bit pricey, but I'm planning to get one for myself. BECCA: BECCA is also killing it with their highlighters. Specially with champagne pop! Oh my gosh, it's a best seller for a reason! It is flattering on any skin ton I can think of. Formula is fantastic. Sephora sells the travel size and it's only $20, so something you can try before purchasing the full product. Opal is another of my fav by them. JeffreyStar: I don't own any Jeffrey Star cosmetics, but they look great and his highlighters do look blinding from the swatches I have seen. I'm not too sure about the formula but people seem to love them a lot. Ofra: lastly ofra! I have been trying to get my hands on their highlighters for a while but they seem to be always sold out. They are more on the affordable side and has insane pigmentation! If you can get your hands on their highlighters, do it!! Hope this was helpful!
