Best lip liner & lipstick duo ??

Good evening!!! I am looking for the best lip

liner and lipstick combo. I tend to “eat” my lipstick so I need something that will last, but that will also be hydrating as I have dry lips.

I currently use Charlotte pillow talk .. love the color but it doesn’t last

and don’t touch up my lipstick throughout the day.
