Best blush brushes for beginners?

I'm really clueless about blush and haven't worn it for years.  Any recommendations for good blush brushes for beginners?  I'm looking for budget beauty to moderately priced brushes.   Thank you!

Re: Best blush brushes for beginners?

@greeneyedgirl107 @I love my Tom Ford blush brush and have had it for years.  I also use the one by Patrick Ta.  At work I love using the Sephora pro brush 47 as well as the 96. For budget friendly Real Techniques blush brush.

Re: Best blush brushes for beginners?

@SportyGirly125 thanks for the info! I truly appreciate it!  I will look into the brushes you recommended.   Do you like the original PT or the precise one?  For some reason they intimidate me.

I bought two RT blush brushes as I know you recommended them in the past.  I also bought Ariel's blush brush from Morphe because I thought you recommended it a while back.  Any Morphe blush brushes you like?

Re: Best blush brushes for beginners?

@greeneyedgirl107 I like the original Patrick Ta blush brush. For Morphe I have an old one that is discontinued and the MorpheXAriel blush brush that I like.

Re: Best blush brushes for beginners?

@SportyGirly125 how do you use the morphe Ariel blush brush?  I bought it recently, and watched the quick tutorial on Ulta's website.   It's so small that it confuses me.

Re: Best blush brushes for beginners?

@greeneyedgirl107 @I use it like how he shows in his Patrick Starrr Morphe brush video. Can’t post the link here but you can google it.

Re: Best blush brushes for beginners?

@SportyGirly125 I'll definitely look into it - thank you!  💕

@SportyGirly125 I appreciate your continued input!

Re: Best blush brushes for beginners?

@greeneyedgirl107 I'm no brush pro by any means, but I really like the SEPHORA COLLECTION PRO Blush Brush #93 if I'm using a cream or liquid product that I tend to 'stamp' down and then blend with the same brush.  If I'm using a powder blush one of my favourites is the SEPHORA COLLECTION PRO Powder Brush #59 .

I also really enjoy several of my older MAC brushes from before the all synthetic days, but the numbers are all so worn down that I have no idea what they are anymore.

Re: Best blush brushes for beginners?

I think I have these 2 as well @missjeanie . They’re great. I need to go look. Sephora sale is a great time to get replacement or another one of my favorite SC brushes.

Re: Best blush brushes for beginners?

@blackkitty2014 I may pick up a few more during the sale as well.  They're just so easy to buy.  I've enjoyed all the pro line I've used over the years.

Re: Best blush brushes for beginners?

@missjeanie thank you for the information!  It's very helpful!

Re: Best blush brushes for beginners?

Agreed...The 93 also has that angle @missjeanie , which I love because it's great for precision and it's not too densely packed so you can work it in

🤣If the brush name is no longer identifiable, but the brush is in intact, you know it's a winner 😂... Sure, you don't know which one, but you know it's good

Re: Best blush brushes for beginners?

@danielledanielle When I think back, some of those MAC brushes are probably about 20 years old!  But they still keep going!  I'm sure they aren't quite the same shape they were meant to be, but hey.... if it works... it works!
