Benefit VS Anastasia

Hi I'm looking to get into brows and I'm into a natural brow. Which is better Anastasia or Benefit because they both seem about the same?

Thats a tought one I own both an Anastasia and Benefit pencil and I like them both. I love Benefit's gimme brow even though it is currently recalled. I guess it just depends on your needs, the benefit pencil is a little bit creamier. I also like Milk Makeup gel brow pencil. I have dark thick eyebrows and They all work for me, and I try to go for the natural look, just lightly filling any gaps.

Anastasia is cruelty-free! And the recent Benefit recall has been handled weirdly imo

Anastasia because they started out exclusively as a brow Makeup line before they expanded AND they’re cruelty free so they don’t harm animals for testing, unlike benefit who does harm/animals test.

I think it depends on which product you're looking to use! Benefit's ka-Brow pomade gives a more natural look than ABH dip brow but I think the brow powder duo from ABH is also more natural.

I think it depends on your brow.. I have naturally thick eyebrows so ABH does wonders for me.. I use the stick and brush and it blends in perfectly. Plus the formula lasts mall day for me!

@sarahkel  I had an artist at Sephora recommend the benefit one. I haven’t tried that. I had Anastasia Brow whiz and plastic on spoolie side broke within few months and when I got the second one, plastic on spoolie side broke in two weeks and spoolie came out 😞 so now I am not sure if I would buy it though I really liked the product. When I told SA about this issue, he recommended Benefit one and said that it wouldn’t break and is better than Anastasia.

apperantly Anastasia spoolie issue is pretty common. If you search on google, you will see. I found out after the second one broke.

I don’t think you can go wrong with either to be honest, Brow wiz by ABH and Benefit Precisely my Brow are so similar and they’re both fantastic. You can fill in either a little bit or a lot with this product and I love that they both have a spoolie to help get the perfect shape. Any specific products you’re comparing between the two?

For natural brows i would 100% choose Benefit! Anastasia is more good for people who like a thick brow look.

I don’t agree with that @itscierra. I have barely there brows and what I do have is rapidly getting gray. I’ve been using ABH Brow Wiz for years and find I can achieve a very natural looking brow very easily. I also like the Brow Powder and Dip Brow but for different uses. 

For me, Brow Wiz gives me a soft yet defined brow, Brow Powder gives me an even softer look, but seems to make my brows look a bit thicker like I have more hairs. Dip Brow is for when I want a super defined, elegant look. You can use these products solo or combine them. @sarahkel

Well in my opinion I prefer Benefit. I have tried the Anastasia dip brow pomade in the past and it didn’t work out for my brows, made them look way to thick and unnatural. Both of the Benefit and Anastasia brow pencils are basically the same and you can’t go wrong with either, I personally like the way the Benefit brow products work for me. Thats just me tho! 🤷🏽‍♀️

I would definitely go Benefit! Anastasia is a little bit dark for me, and the brow wiz breaks very easily, especially if you travel.
