Beauty Insider Rewards Bazaar

I have a love/hate relationship with Sephora.  I like shopping and collecting points, but nothing makes me madder than seeing "SOLD OUT" under all of the rewards bazaar options!!  Why keep them posted?  Why have so few available?  Where's the inclusivity?  ARRGGHHH!!!!
