Any real incentive to shop in stores?? Rude staff, etc.

Just wondering if there's really any benefit to shopping in stores.  Yeah you get up to three free samples from each world (but even then you gotta deal with asking with rude staff members who feel like you're inconveniencing them for a sample).  The closest sephora for me is about a 30-40 minute drive to the mall they don't offer many free gift with $25 purchase  in stores and I usually drop at least $50 every time I shop online.  I have the free 2-day shipping subscription.  The only reason I go in to a store is to shop for foundation to make sure the color is right or to try a new scent.  I subscribe to Play! and the first one I got was available without subscription, it was in December but it was the April box, the store would not honor the 50 points card that was included.  Your thoughts?
