2 day flash shipping Fail again

I am beyond annoyed with Sephora online and their customer service! Why Sephora? WHY? I have been a VIB member for 2 years and I will probably be Rouge by the end of this year. I spend a considerable amount of money every other week at Sephora and I am sure I am not alone on this. I also pay for 2 day flash shipping (since I am VIB, for now). I do not deserve the run around on why my shipment has not been shipped yet! I ordered a eyeshadow palette on the 19th of January and still do not have a working tracking number!! When I call customer service they lie to me and tell me that it will be shipped out by that night, that UPS does not work that day ( they don't work Sundays, I was told they don't work Saturdays and Mondays) !! What? Why am I calling you 2 days in a row and you tell me that you are very sorry that I called twice .. blah, blah, blah.. and yet I am awake this am and still NO tracking number! I feel so stupid to keep purchasing products online because I keep getting screwed over! I would of course just go into the store at my local Sephora, but my nearest one is far from me and it does not have a wide range of things to purchase since it is smaller than most. It doesn't even have Marc Jacobs line right now. I have emailed, called, etc.. and get bs answers back. In my opinion ever since November my shipments have become more and more a thing of trouble more than excitement to receive what I ordered. Does this happen to anyone else?
