Why does the number go up

Today I was gonna get the lip liner, the mini

 onebut then straight when I went to check out I saw that it was 1850 but when I looked at the price before it said 850 and it said that that was the same price I on the receipt and it also said there’s no shipping and no tax because I think it was like included or something but it was 1850 so I decided not to buy it WATCH OU
