@L1L4 there are a lot of different liners that are good, so I’ve listed some of my faves and their traits and you can decide what you like!

• MAC Cosmetics Lip Pencil - best color selection. They’re just creamy enough that it won’t drag across your lips, but dry enough that you can get a precise line
• MAKE UP FOR EVER Artist Color Pencil Longwear Lip Liner - same as MAC but not as many color options 
• Rimmel Lasting Finish Liner - amazing drug store liner. Definitely my fave at a drugstore price point
• Morphe Soulmatte Filling Gel Lip Liner - another great value for the price, and it’s retractable so it always stays sharp. These are really pigmented too
• HUDA BEAUTY Lip Contour 2.0 Automatic Matte Lip Pencil - retractable and always sharp which is nice. This is definitely on the creamier side but doesn’t move around too much 
• Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat Lip Liner - cult classic for a reason. Just the right amount of creaminess and I find it doesn’t budge
