What’s the best black matte lipstick?

Right now I have a NYX and it doesn’t dry down and idk I’m just not loving it... any recommendations? I prefer liquid but any formula works as long as it’s matte 🙂

I wore the NARS - Powermatte Lip Pigment - Paint It Blackon Halloween and I really loved the formula. My lips were pure black and stayed that way all day!

Thank you!!! I’m concerned about the classic lipstick and it’s staying powder as most tend to wear off and transfer easily, is this the case with Dior’s?
