Searching for a cool toned LIGHT grey/Brown nude lipstick.

Oh my gosh, the struggle is so real for this one. I am not a fan of peach or pink toned lipsticks, nor lavender. I'm very fair, when shade 100 from Fenty's foundation oxidizes a bit, it matches me to a T. I have been on the hunt for a perfect nude for AGES and everything runs so warm on me, it looks awful. I've tried Honeycomb from Bite, Bow N Arrow from Kat Von D, anything that says cool brown, or neutral, I've tried and they are not what I'm looking for. Literally I need a light brown lipstick that leans towards grey. Anyone have any ideas? I have Psychic Medium from Smashbox, and that is a really good shade, just deeper than I want. But when I look at the lighter shades they offer with that kind of description, they seem warm. Any help would be appreciated!!! 🖤🖤🖤🖤

I recommend the Kat Von D new formula of the Studded Kiss Cream lipstick in Bow and Arrow. It has cool undertones and has a slight grey tint to it.

I will definitely swatch the lipstick in store. I do enjoy the liquid lip version of it, but it still pulls warm on me but I have yet to try the lipstick. Thank you so much for the suggestion!

Hi @p3ach3s1416, I had a similar hard time finding a good grayish nude brown color. Most colors labled nude translate very peach on me. And most greige can be too mauve. The best lipstick that is Grey brown is Burberry Nude Cashmere, it is great and unique for its strong gray undertonetone. Urban Decay Oblivion (a hint mauve) and Tom Ford Evan (a hint warm) are also good colors.

I would also recommend you pick up Mac lip liner in Stone... You can use it to salvage any nude you have that is close but too warm for you- it will add a grey brown undertone.

I have been debating about the Stone lip liner for ages, so I will definitely pick that up and thank you so much! I will definitely pick up Nude Cashmere, I'm so glad some else understands my struggle!! Lol
