Perfect pout lip kit

Why is it that every time the Sephora lip pout kit is back in stock it's out of stock as soon as I click on it? What's the manufacturing problem? If it's not available why is it on the site? What's the status of it? Active, clearance, discontinued or what's write off day?! Why is this like this....?
