Need good matte liquid lipsticks💋

I need any recommendations for drying matte lipsticks that don't look/feel so cracking and dry. I want a lipstick that looks matte as ever but does not kill my lips completely💓

I have matte liquid lipsticks by Huda, KVD, Smashbox, Stila and Tarte. Out of all of them, I think that Smashbox's Always On Matte liquid lipstick has the best formula and the best applicator. It feels the most lightweight/non-drying and is the most long lasting and smudgeproof from my experience. It also never sinks into the lines of my lips and I usually don't need to retouch it. The only downside I can think of is that their shade selection is pretty limited in comparison to KVD.

Ijeoma Oluo just did a FB live where she used the NYX Slip Tease color lip oil and recommended it as drying down to matte but without drying your lips or chunking up over time. I'm very intrigued to try it!

This brand is not from sephora, But have you ever tried the body shops liquid lipsticks! I love them! The formula is mousse like and it is very creamy on your lips and is long lasting. Another brand i recommend is the tarte lip paints. I have the two colours birthday suit and one that is a bright red. Only downside is that they are very drying, but they are also long lasting and look amazing!!!!

I love Anastasia’s gloss and mattes - great color range and the feel of it is amazing - almost creamy instead of drying. KVD Lolita is awesome(the original not 2), but I don’t care quite as much for this texture or colors for my skin tone. Also, if you’re looking for nude mattes I do really like the texture and colors in the bare minerals matte line as well.

Too Faced Melted Mattes/Tarte Lip Paints are incredible! But also Kylie Cosmetics are GOALS and so are colourpops!

Tarte matte lip paints are honestly underrated. Rosé is a beautiful nude color (looks different irl) and they aren’t drying on me like people say

Stila and Too Faced have the most comfortable mattes, in my opinion. I already have dry lips and those don’t accentuate it.

I love KVD and Pretty Vulgar! I like them because my lips tend to be on the dry side and these brands don't shrivel up my lips while still being super matte. I've noticed that Pretty Vulgars does stay a little longer then KVD but they both last very long

I would say the KVD everlasting liquid lipstick too, it dries quick and stays all day. They’re gorgeous!

I would reccomend the Kat Von D everlasting matte liquid lipstick, its a beautiful full coverage formula that dries down matte without sucking all of the moisture out of your lips, it doesnt make your lips feel sticky either!
