National lipstick day is coming up! Will it include lip balms?

Hello everyone! National lipstick day is coming up on July 29 and I remember in years past most lipsticks and lip glosses etc. are half off. I am looking forward to seeing what’s available and I was wondering if anyone remembers if lip balms are included. I’m thinking of being at my local store it when it opens just so I can see the true colors by swatches etc. Is anyone else planning to participate?

I haven't heard of this before, but I'm excited! I really hope lip balms are included lol.
