Lipstick for Mature Skin that doesn't bleed or feather

Getting older is not fun. I am looking for a lipstick that doesn't bleed or feather  outside of my natural lip line. If possible if it could be in the 'clean' section of Sephora. I prefer lipstick in a traditional tube form  and nothing overly glossy or matte. If it could be nourishing and help plump my thinning lips, that would be a plus too.  Any advice is most welcome. Is the Kosas Weightless Lip Colour Nourishing Satin Lipstick any good?

It is a matte but doesn’t feel like a matte or look like a matte more like a satin.
