Lip plumping I have very thin lips and lines above and below my lips . I’m 62 yrs. old and deep lines

I’m starting to show wrinkles and loose skin . I need help never use products , only moisturizers . My lips are very thin and won’t do fillers because when I did I got an affection in lip injections. Please help need desperate help !
