The best one that I have ever tried is City Lips. Sorry that Sephora doesn't carry it. Every time I wear it, and I mean every time, women always ask me about what filler I used for my lips. The answer is none- just City Lips!

I have tried every lip plumper ever. I will say none of them work from dior to victorias secret. BUT- the best thing I have come across and people have actually noticed when I used it- It doesn't necessarily "plump" your lips it smooths out the lines in your lips temporarily of course and with them being smoothed out its like temporary smoothing lip mini injections it is fantastic. i got mine at ulta or sephora cannot remember its a gloss by soap and glory. The tingle is extreme but pleasant. Its called soap and glory sexy mother pucker "pillow plump" xxl. Do not confuse with the extreme plump because its good but not obvious results good.
