I'm in search of a good lip plumper that has easy application, isn't messy and doesn't tingle down your throat when you accidentally swallow it. And smells pretty

The best one that I have ever tried is City Lips. Sorry that Sephora doesn't carry it. Every time I wear it, and I mean every time, women always ask me about what filler I used for my lips. The answer is none- just City Lips!
