Lip liners

Hello,

 

I’m getting more into lip products and have never used a lip liner. Which lip liner and shade would you recommend I have fair pale skin and usually wear neutral shades. Some of the lip products I use now is the Tower 28 Beauty ShineOn Lip Jelly Non-Sticky Gloss Pistachio  and Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez Soft Pinch Tinted Lip Oil Stain Hope  So that’d be great if you have any liner recommendations or even lip products in general.
