Lip Liner Search

I am an avid lip product junkie, however, I don’t own many lipliners,... As a result, some of my more dramatic lip colors and formulas won’t get worn as often because feathering is a big problem with my lips. I don’t know why I get so overwhelmed searching for lip liners, but it’s time for me to bite the bullet,... What are your favorite formulas and brands for lip liners? I can do my own color search once I narrow down my options, but I have no clue what brands are worth looking at in the first place! Help?!

My go-to liner for years now is the LAURA MERCIER - Longwear Lip Liner - Chestnut.I also love the HUDA BEAUTY - Lip Contour Matte Pencil. I hope this helps!

@JessLess  My favorite lip liners are MAC Lip Pencil, NARS Precision Lip Liner Mariachi , and PAT MCGRATH LABS - Permagel Ultra Lip Pencil. For extra insurance against bleeding and feathering, I line my lips with a lip primer first; my favorite is MAC Prep + Prime Lip. Then I add lip liner, and finally the lipstick. 

I also love MAKE UP FOR EVER Artist Color Pencil Longwear Lip Liner 606 Wherever Walnut and BITE BEAUTY - The Lip Pencil as liners, though they’re less effective at feather prevention. I like them for visual effect. They’re especially good as full base layers under lipsticks, and I like to do ombré lip looks with them.
