Laneige lip sleeping mask and glowy balm

Hi everyone! I am thinking of trying the Laneige lip sleeping mask, is it worth the hype it has gotten? I would really like it if it is extremely hydrating because I get dry lips overnight. And if you tried the glowy balm if love to hear your thoughts on that too! Also is the glowy lip balm very tinted?

@marisamoo  i like the Laneige lip sleeping mask (i also use it during the day as a gloss), but Very much Disliked theyre glowy balm.

Its not "glowly", does nothing and doesnt last. It even dried my lips. If you really want to try a Laneige product, save your money for the sleeping mask, a little goes a long way.

I also very much like the Bite Beauty Agave balm, i like it more than Laneige in general too.

Note: The Bite Beauty Agave one has a thicker consistency.

Yes, absolutely. It’s all I use and literally have a jar in every room of the house.

@marisamoo - I use both the mask and balm.  I have extremely dry lips all year long.  The balm is great for keeping my lips moist and hydrated.  I can't say I've noticed a color.  My favorite is peach.  The lip mask seems like the balm in a jar.  I don't notice a big difference, but it does keep my lips from drying out overnight.

@marisamoo I love and use the Laneige lip mask every night.  I tend to get dry chapped lips and this helps them stay hydrated.  I also use the Laneige lip balm and like to layer it over Kopari lip balm for a glossy more hydrated effect but I also use it on it's own for a sheer tint of pink.  The color I get is grapefruit.  The only one that doesn't have a tint in the lip balm is pear.

@marisamoo I haven't the sleeping mask but I really enjoy the Glowy Balm in grapefruit.

@marisamoo I really like the lip mask. I use it most nights layered on top of my usual night lip balm and wake up to soft, hydrated lips. Even with generous applications, one pot lasts a long time. 

I wanted to love the glowy balm more than I did unfortunately. It's nice but not wowing and of the couple of tubes that I tried, one of them turned rancid very quickly. Now obviously that may have been a defect for that one tube, but it definitely gives me pause for ordering more of them. As far as tint, they show up clear on my lips.

I've been using this for about 6 months and absolutely love it! I get dry lips year round from the heat and the cold and it's made a noticeable difference. I find myself putting some on in the mornings just because how soft and smooth it leaves my lips!
