LIP MASKS/MOISTURIZERS

What is your fav lip mask or misturizer? I have terribly dry lips and I'm having a hard time finding something that actually works

RE: LIP MASKS/MOISTURIZERS

The Frank Body Lip Balm is my absolute favourite. It is the only one that actually “cures” my dry chapped lips. I’ve tried the Laneige, Bite, and Tatcha lip masks but honestly nothing works like this one. Sephora Canada doesn’t carry this brand, I got it from a Sephora in Europe. But you can order right from their site and it’s only 12 CAD.

Hi @Cylex ,

I agree with @lyndslou ! I love the Laniege Lip Masks! They are so good!

Best Wishes,

Janean

Huge fan of the Laniege lip mask, as well as the Fresh Sugar lip balm for the day.

Those 100% cocoa butter sticks from Queen Helene you get at drugstores is wonderful for cracked lips and can be used on the face too, if you have dry skin, plus I think they're only $1-$2

Re: LIP MASKS/MOISTURIZERS

If you want to save a TON of cash I suggest that you try the La Roche- Posay  Cicaplast Barrier Repairing Balm. It costs about $10.00 (CAD), so 30% less if you live in the United States, around $7.00 (USD) and you can pick it up at any drug store. I have really bad, dry, cracked and peeling lips in the winter. I live way up in northern Ontario, Canada and the winters are brutal.  I have tried a lot of these expensive lip "masks" and balms here at Sephora and most didn't work or only worked minimally at best. I tried the $30+ Tatcha lip mask which was a total waste of money, the Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask and that was a lot better, but still I had sore, dry lips after a few hours of not applying it constantly. I, on a total whim, bought the La Roche-Posay one and it is really great.  I apply it at night before I go to bed and by morning my lips are pretty much healed and super soft. I can also apply it during the day and can feel an almost immediate relief and moisture on my lips. I so regret falling for the hype of these super expensive lip products now that I have tried and use the LRP balm. Give it a try and save yourself quite a few dollars.

Re: LIP MASKS/MOISTURIZERS

If you can find the old formula BITE beauty lip mask that came in a little tube, it is hands down the best lip moisturizer I've ever used.

Re: LIP MASKS/MOISTURIZERS

@Cylex  A few of my favorites are Tatcha The Kissu Hydrating & Plumping Lip Mask Original, Farmacy Honey Butter Beeswax Lip Balm, and Sara Happ the dream slip mask.

RE: LIP MASKS/MOISTURIZERS

Coco butter has been in my rotation for years.

RE: LIP MASKS/MOISTURIZERS

I like the Laneige sleeping mask and I know it’s a favourite around these forums

Re: RE: LIP MASKS/MOISTURIZERS

@KehDee I totally agree with you! That is my favorite lip mask 🙂

Best,
Rebecca
