LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask

I've been using this mask for about 2 months now and I noticed, as it is getting colder, that my lips are more chapped during the day when I'm using other lip products. It's as if the balm conditioned my lips to depend on it. If I skip a night and don't use it, my lips get very tender and extremely dry. It's also not helping to repair my lips and only provides temporary comfort while using the product. Anyone elsehave the same experience? Any product suggestions to repair cracked lips (other than the Bite one)? Thank you! Update: I saw a video of dermatologist review the ingredients of the sleeping mask. Apparently, it’s full of fragrance and alcohol (she also said that it tastes good, making me lick it off over night while sleeping further exacerbating dryness) which explains why my lips are more chapped and peeling. I’m definitely not continuing to use this product. I’m giving the BKR balm a shot.

Re: LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask

@SportyGirly125, the Tatcha colored lip balms look so good! 🤩

@eshoe

Re: LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask

Of course you have all four @SportyGirly125😄! Kind of OT, but I love the fan they had for 2018. And the masking bowl/brush was gorgeous! I only noticed that after it was sold out, but so pretty.

Re: LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask

@eshoe I have the mask bowl but haven’t used it yet 😞 I even got my Mom one for Mother’s Day because she loves the rice polish so much.

Re: LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask

It’s so beautiful, @SportyGirly125. I am a wee bit envious;) Hope your Mom loves hers!

LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask

@Lekkijp the Bkr Paris water balm is a great one!

Re: LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask

Thank you for the suggestion! One more person recommended the BKR. I'll give it a shot.

Re: LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask

@Lekkijp Right now I'm using Laneige and Bite, too.  Of course they aren't miracle workers, so here are some I am also considering based on beautypedia reviews: DE Lippie, Clinique Pep-Start Pout, CeraVe Healing Lip Balm.  Good luck!  🙂
