1. What’s “affordable” to you? Got a specific price cap? 
   
   
2. Which kind(s) of lip products do you want? Bullet (solid) lipstick, liquid cream, lip gloss, lip stain, tinted balm, or liquid matte? Any particular finish (satin/cream, matte, sheer, sparkly/shimmery, metallic/foiled, glossy)? Or, do you want lip care (skincare for lips) instead of makeup?
   
   
3. Do you already have a favorite lip product? Knowing what you already like can help us make suggestions.

I like lip gloss and affordable is $15 and under. I like a glossy finish.

@SlayQueenNelops  Here’s what sprang to mind in your price range. A couple are a few dollars over but still worth considering. Most are available at Ulta, where you can use your saved points on ‘em if you have an account there. I have at least one shade of each of these except the BLK/OPL gloss and Black Girl Sunscreen SPF gloss—and this reminds me to try BGS’s gloss.

If you’re in the US, make sure to check their shipping policies to see if/how they handle our crazy tariffs. I’ve ordered several times from YesStyle, Olive Young, Jolse, and Stylevana. Also from Pink’n’Blossom, a Canadian K-beauty retailer. 

And, keep an eye out for good sales on things in the $20-30 range. PAT McGRATH LABS LUST: Lip Gloss is normally $29 but her site has rolling sales throughout the year, including Black Friday. Her brand’s also at Ulta so, that’s another chance to use up some Ulta points. 😉
