How do I find a dupe lipstick?

I'm looking for a dupe for a drug store lipstick (I know) I found it years ago, it's an amazing colour on me, but I've never found a good match for it and it's now discontinued.

Did you have any luck? This is my absolute fave lipstick and I'm almost out.

The two closest in my collection are L'Oréal Colour Juice Stick in Chai Love You and Revlon Moisturous Lipcolor in Mauve So Moist.

They're pretty close but I'd still love a perfect match!

do some research and googling is about your only option. maybe someone talked about it on youtube or a blog. check out if temptalia’s blog did swatches of it and you can check out her suggest colour dupes from there if she did.
