Fenty Lip Stain ... Smears!!!!

I love everything about this lipstick other than the fact that it smears everywhere. I see the reviews where everyone says that it stays on all day so a little advice?!?!what am I doing wrong!?!!? I want to love it but I m struggling

@Anonymous are you using a Balm first? When I use liquid lipsticks, I exfoliate then add a very small amount of my Rossbud Salve and let that sink in for a few minutes. If I applied my lippy over it immediately, it would slip and slide everywhere. I also make sure each coat is completely dried down before I apply a second layer.
