I have really dry lips too @SKINANDliplover what's helpful for me is tapping my lips with water (not saliva) and pressing them together a few times before applying any lip balms or anything. I try not to lick my lips when they are feeling dry, I think it just makes it worse. After tapping my lips with water I like MAC Cosmetics Prep + Prime Lip Primer 0.05 oz/ 1.7 g before my lipstick, it works really well. 👌💞
