Favorite Lippes! May 2023

Are you looking for lippe recommendations? Well, you’re in luck! I have tried various lip products with one goal, hydrating with a shine. So, let’s start!

First up, Tower 28 Lipgloss. I bought the shade Xoxo for reference. It’s super hydrating and the pigment is subtle but enough to nice a different shade on my lips. It’s long lasting and makes them the perfect amount of glossy but natural look. I would give it 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Next, Lainege Lip Mask. This is a viral product, one that I have mixed feelings for. This is a product that has very controversial opinions. It’s hydrating when you first put it on but once it dries out I notice that my lips dry out with it. When I first applied it, it’s glossy and hydrating, but then it makes my lips look musty. Personally, I would feel the need to reapply during the day in order to avoid tat dried out affect that this product leaves. I would give it 3 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Next on the list, Glossier Balm Dot Com. This lip product also went viral, but I feel mostly for the packaging. The packaging is super cute but the product feels moisturizing on the lips but same problem with the Laniege, it just dries out. It is a good product. Comparing their old and new formulas, the old one did not make my lips feel dry after the shine was no longer there, however the new formula has that drying out affect. My rating is 4 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Last on the list, Dior Lip Oil. This one again is TikTok viral and I love this product. I’ve heard a lot of mixed opinions but for me it’s a win. It moisturizes my lips, has the perfect shine, and doesn’t dry them out. Like most people, I suffer with dry lips during the winter time and I’ve used so many lip products during the winter and this one is a winner for me. I love this product and it’s worth the hype. However, I do think it’s on the pricier side but if you are looking for a good investment in a lip oil I highly recommend. A spot on dupe for this product is the Ulta Lip Oil, it does the same exact affect but for cheaper. I would rate this 5 star. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
