Empty Summer Fridays Lip butter Balm

Summer Friday Lip Balms are very good, but always comes half empty! This has happened to me and my friend @ubebeauty. I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else or if it’s just me and my friend. Thanks!!

Omg this happened to me too!! As soon as I opened it I realized I had to squeeze on it a lot to get any product which was annoying since I had literally JUST bought it, it felt half empty.

Hi, @GlitterGirl10 - I opened my first tube of Summer Fridays Lip Butter Balm for Hydration & Shine Sweet Mint last week, and it felt fine to me; like any other lip balm.  Liquid/gel-type lip balm tubes can't be packed full of product.  Otherwise, when you unscrew the cap, the product will squirt out and continue to ooze out every time you open it until the pressure equalizes.  There must be a bit of breathing room in the tube.

If you really feel you've been short-changed, contact Summer Friday's Customer Service with the product's batch number to see if there was an issue with the manufacturing of that batch.
