Delayed shipping....

I'm new Sephora, but this will be my last order. This is the second order that I've placed with Sephora online. The first order shipped within an hour of me calling to cancel. (It had been a full week since I ordered and the status still said 'processing'.)

I'm not happy with the delay in shipping, if I order a pair of shoes on Saturday, I get them on Tuesday, and that's with free shipping. But ordering with Sephora, leaves me waiting and still with a status of 'pending' on Monday. So uncool. The delay in my first order wasn't even for a newly released item, just regular stuff.
